Position: Service Partner - Vendor Management

Location: REMOTE
Requirements:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, or related roles
• Knowledge of hardware and software server administration, network protocols, IT equipment, software development, and virtualization
• Ability to manage a global network of companies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Willingness to meet with service partners outside of regular business hours
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Function:
As a Service Partner Vendor Manager, your role is to source, assess, and engage new service partners in line with TRT’s objectives and strategies.

Key Deliverables:

• Understanding and adherence to Service Partner contracts
• Prompt response to Service Partner inquiries

Primary Workflow:

• Source and develop partnerships while maintaining existing relationships
• Research potential partners and generate interest
• Understand partner services, business, and customer base
• Foster ongoing relationships and explore growth opportunities
• Negotiate partnership deals aligned with business objectives
• Ensure contract compliance and timely renewals
• Maintain updated documentation and partner database
• Assist CAMs in assigning project tasks to Service Partners
