SailPoint IIQ Operations & Support Engineer

Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Operations & Support EngineerJob Description:We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Operations & Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role is focused on providing operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and requires strong communication skills. The candidate must be open to working night shifts (7:00 PM 3:30 AM IST) in a hybrid setup at any persistent office (excluding Hyderabad and Bangalore-based profiles).Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve identity governance-related issues.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for SailPoint IIQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless identity and access management (IAM) operations.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Maintain and update documentation related to configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and provide timely updates on issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) operations and support.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related incidents.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM 3:30 AM IST).

• Junior profiles (less than 4 years of experience) will not be considered.
• Candidates based in Hyderabad and Bangalore will not be considered.
• Hybrid work model must be willing to work from a persistent office location.
