About the Role:

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years' experience who will work with Development team in programming. In addition to hands on coding, other responsibilities include creating technical design, code review and research on new technical components. To be successful as a Senior Developer, you should demonstrate great skill in hard-core programming, creativity and innovation. Ultimately, a top-notch Senior Developer should have extensive experience in software development, be able to keep up to date with deadlines, and have strong analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Code: Write, test, and maintain high-quality code using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JQuery, Bootstrap, and Knockout.

Propose Solutions: Research and recommend new technical components or processes that could enhance the development process or product functionality.

New Technologies: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Bug Fixing and Optimization: Identify, debug, and resolve issues in existing code, ensuring the software performs efficiently.

System Architecture: Design and document technical solutions and system architecture to meet project requirements.

Design Patterns: Apply design patterns and best practices to create scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Peer Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.

Team Interaction: Work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to help them grow and improve their technical skills.

Deadline Management: Ensure that development tasks are completed on time and meet the projects deadlines.

Task Estimation: Provide accurate time estimates for coding tasks and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, design decisions, and system architecture.

Testing: Implement and participate in unit testing, integration testing, and other quality assurance processes to ensure the software meets the required standards.

1. Experience in building SSO using SAML, Oauth or any other protocols with major Idps
2. Experience in building user provision solution using SCIM
3. Experience in Dicom files management
4. Experience in healthcare RCM solution development
5. Experience in healthcare EDI files coding, conversion and management
6. Experience in Elastic Search
7. Experience in NoSQL solutions
8. Experience in Data Lake
9. Experience working with Azure services (like Azure Data Factory, AI services)
10. Experience working with AWS S3
11. Experience in building complex and user-friendly UI/UI
12. Experience in fixing Web application Security Vulnerability with dynamic or status code scanning tools experience
13. Experience in documents management - handling large files storage, view, merge & print with specific experience in handling pdf, rtf, multi-page tilff
14. Experience in solving High Memory usage bottlenecks
15. Experience in AI/ML solution integration

Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years work experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JQuery, bootstrap, Knockout
• 2 plus years work experience in SQL Server
• Experience in building multiuser .NET applications
• Good Experience in applications design and Microsoft Azure is desirable.
