Job Title: Business Manager (BM)

Location: Mumbai (Chandivali, Boomerang) / Delhi NCR (Gurgaon)
Qualification: MBA/Graduate
Experience: 3-4 years in Institutional Sales
Salary Package: ₹10-12 LPA (70% Fixed + 30% Variable, monthly payout)
Joining: Immediate

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution:
   
• Identify and develop new institutional sales opportunities in assigned regions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
3. Target Achievement:
   
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Implement strategies to achieve maximum revenue growth.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
   
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for review by senior management.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
5. Market Insights:
   
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Share feedback with internal teams for product and service improvements.
