Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce platforms.

- Implement custom Shopify themes from scratch or modify existing ones.

- Develop and customize Shopify apps to meet specific business requirements.

- Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.

- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.

- Implement on-page SEO optimization and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.

- Debug and resolve performance, scalability, and usability issues.

- Leverage tools like Git for version control and maintain code repositories.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Shopify development.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous Shopify projects.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Expertise in front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js (preferred but not mandatory).

- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or SCSS.

- Proficient in backend technologies such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails.

- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language.

- Expertise in using tools like Chrome Developer Tools and Lighthouse for debugging and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with advanced Shopify features like headless CMS systems (Contentful, Sanity).

- Experience with multi-language and multi-currency Shopify setups.

- Understanding of SEO principles and CRO strategies
