Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Effectively manage and respond to student inquiries.
- Assist students in selecting the right academic programs.
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Provide excellent student servicing throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and share regular MIS reports.
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays (compensatory off during weekdays).

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and sales skills.

Very less salary. Work pressure for 40k salary candidate and 20k salary candidate is same. Employe have to stay after completing his/her work time also. So many times I have stayed in office from 9.30 am to 10.00 PM also. Atleast for ladies they have to send before 8.30pm.
Timings are horrible. For girls and ladies also they are forcing to stay at night 9pm and 10pm. Where in office timings ends @ 8.30pm, but still employe have to stay till 10 pm.
