Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various departments.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, fit, and alignment with company values.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.
Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms, facilitating pre-employment requirements, approvals, etc.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring equitable practices.
Here are the qualifying criteria to apply:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, or MBA/PGDHRM
  • Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a focus on vol
