Primary Responsibilities: • Handling manpower • Monitoring of manpower presence [attendance, time] • Handling Customer, attending calls, forward calls to concern person, feedback from the concern person and close the calls in system.°Languages Known: • Tamil • English(Mandatory) • Hindi(Mandatory) • Data entry related to service department. • Ready to attend meeting at customer place.°
