Assistant Manager - Projects and Services

Job Title : ASSISTANT MANAGER PROJECTS & SERVICES

Location : TRIVANDRUM

Qualification : Degree & Above

Experience : 5 years & above (Networking & Hardware Field) (minimum 2 year in Senior Role)

Total Package : Up to 3.5 Lakhs CTC per annum + allowances

Two-wheeler with Valid driving License is mandatory

Job Summary: Working with Us, we are looking for a very professional, dynamic and an enthusiastic executive who can manage our Service & Solutions Department.

The person should handle the below mentioned roles & duties here:

1) Managing the service team for their day-to-day activities by giving them needful mentoring, support and assistance whenever required.

2) Scheduling daily works as per service tickets raised by customers & team.

3) Coordinating overall works and giving needful support to the team that would bring better result in terms of time bound completion of the works.

4) Conducting site survey & technical solution preparation with needful solution proposals, BOM / BOQ etc.

5) Managing service contacts with the customers and attending timely.

6) Should give onsite assistance for the technical team to resolve any uncompleted tasks.

7) Handle online support assistance to customers & team members.

8) Maintain service stock materials and tools with periodical inspection.

9) Sharing daily consolidated report with the CEO.

Experience Required:

1) Should have valid 5 years and above relevant working experience in the same IT Projects (Networking & Hardware) field or System Integration with minimum 2 year’ experience preferably in Team Lead / Senior level post.

2) Should have good communication in English & Malayalam on the job understanding and problem-solving skills.

3) Proven ability to work independently, effectively in an off-site environment by taking responsibility.

4) Should have work experience in Structured Networking with passive terminations, IP Standards & Protocols includes configurations, troubleshooting methods etc.

5) Should have minimum work experience in L2 - Switching & Routing, Firewall, UTM, VPN, Access Point configuration & troubleshooting methods.

6) Should have work experience in Server & Storage etc such as Server OS configuration, DNS/Domain, Virtual Server, Storage configuration – NAS/SAN, Server-Client configuration etc.

7) Should have work experience in Biometrics and Access Control Solutions such as Attendance system, Door Access solutions, Multi Door Access Control, Software configuration - Cloud & Local.

8) Should have desired experience in Computer OS installation & maintenance, Desktop assembling, Software troubleshooting etc.

9) Should have desired experience in Surveillance system in both CCTV & IP Camera’s and the entire systems.
