HR & Admin Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing & submitting documents to customers for obtaining permission and approval.
• Liasoning and visiting Customers for documentation and approvals
• Sales Invoicing and E-way bill generation and follow-up of the same.
• Co-ordination with customer for safety training for workers
• Office Administration
• Co-ordinating vehicle/taxi arrangement for employees and guests.
• Maintain inventory records
• Assisting in Accounts Talley entry, Bill passing, reconciliation etc.
• Cash handling including preparation of cash vouchers.
• Assisting in maintaining contract labour records, like, attendance, muster roll and other compliance documents and returns

Preferred candidate profile

• BA, B.com. BBA or any graduate with 1-3 years experience
• Should be able to converse in English
• Basic working knowledge of computers
• Should be able to join immediately
