Manages the activities of the Software Consultants
Responsible for the selection and hiring of new employees
Coaches, manages the performance of, rewards, and motivates the team members.
Discipline authority up to and including the recommendation of termination as necessary.
Coordinates requirement fulfillment and collects documentation for new subcontractors including W9, ACH Form, Liability Insurance, and background checks.
Coordinates and refines the onboarding of new subcontractors, including operations orientation and training on contracts, billing, and payment processes.
Conducts periodic subcontractor status reviews and renewals in coordination with the PS Business Development team.
Reviews and approves subcontractor Work Orders, Statements of Work, time, expenses and invoices.
Reviews and approve Trimble proposals and work orders with customers.
Oversees the tracking of subcontractor cases, bid opportunities, and projects.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science, MBA or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of functional / technical Enterprise software implementation and project management experience
Working knowledge of Enterprise Software project methodologies, management tools and techniques
Ability to manage multiple complex communications and software application implementation project teams simultaneously;
Demonstrated ability to work on concurrent tasks while effectively organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating work assignments
L eadership and employee relations skills, leading teams and developing new employees within a business.
Ability to effectively plan, assign, prioritize, and oversee the work of others while promoting and contributing to a team environment
