Avani Technology - Technical Lead - Javascript/TypeScript (3-8 yrs)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

- You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth.

- You will be responsible for building customer facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations.

- Work closely with the Project Manager,Product Owner, and a team of developers.

- You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential

- Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS ( SASS or LESS or Tailwind),

- Good experience in ReactJS.

- Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills

- Experience in at least one backend technologies - REST APIs, NodeJS,

- At least one database like mongoDB, NoSql, MySql, PostgreSql.

- Exposure on UI Performance improvement techniques.

- Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills.

- A good team player with nice communication skills.

- Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Experience in any ecommerce platforms added advantage

- Cloud platform experience - AWS / Google Cloud.

- Nextjs exposure.

QUALIFICATION :

Graduate : BE / Btech or equivalent.

Exp : 6 to 12 years of experience
