We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our organizations IT infrastructure at the second line of support. This role requires expertise in system administration, problem resolution, and collaboration with L1 support teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.
Ensure high availability and optimal performance of servers and applications.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.

Handle escalated incidents from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced support and warranty claims.
Infrastructure Management:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced support and warranty claims.

Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, or similar.
Support virtualization platforms (e.g.Nutanix, VMware) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure,).
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Security and Compliance:
Support virtualization platforms (e.g.Nutanix, VMware) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure,).

Manage antivirus systems, firewalls, and endpoint security.
Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Participate in IT projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or system administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
