The role of a Technical Product Consultant at Adobe involves providing technical support to Digital Marketing customers via phone and email. The consultant is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries related to Adobes Digital Marketing products.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Technical Support: Provide customer support via phone/email and log all interactions.
✅ Bug Reporting: Validate and report product bugs.
✅ Customer Education: Guide customers on using Adobe Digital Marketing products.
✅ Case Management: Own and resolve support cases.
✅ Trend Analysis: Identify and report trends or recurring issues.
✅ Collaboration: Work with global teams to implement scalable solutions.
✅ Documentation: Maintain accurate product documentation.
✅ Special Projects: Assist in various team projects as assigned.

Mandatory Skill Set:

📌 Technical Expertise:

• Strong HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Web 2.0, and Web Services knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and Database Management.
• Familiarity with APIs (SOAP, REST, PHP) and Tag Management tools.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile & Video programming solutions.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, DTM, and Tag Management.

📌 Preferred Adobe & Analytics Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex analytics implementation issues.
• Knowledge of JQuery, AngularJS, and JS frameworks.
• API and data integration knowledge for business analysis.

📌 Desirable Certifications & Industry Knowledge:

• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) preferred.
• Familiarity with Google, Tealium, Salesforce, and Pega.
• Some exposure to digital marketing, CRO, digital analytics, UX, and campaign planning.

Work Environment:

⏰ Work Timings: Night shifts (8 PM - 7 AM IST) - It's an Onsite (WFO) role.
