Staffing Partner responsibilities toward the Markets
    • Overall ownership of staffing engagements: If you are assigned to a specific market, you are responsible for overseeing the entire staffing process for engagements that cover both onshore and offshore locations. 

        ◦ Onshore staffing 
Staff consultants from the Markets wherever applicable, to fill open roles, driving maximum utilization towards client project assignments. 
Collaborate with other Staffing Partners from the region to staff other roles in onshore project teams effectively. 

        ◦ Distributed engagements: Partner with respective Staffing Partners (Market) from the offshore region to staff a distributed engagement. Ensure open roles in accounts requiring offshore staffing are filled promptly and efficiently.

    • Supply planning: Work closely with the regional Head of Staffing and create a supply pipeline for the near-term demand pipeline in the market.
