Mode of Work: Work from Office (Hybrid)

Location: Bangalore (Kormangala)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Shift

Qualification: Only Graduates Experienced

Salary:

Experience - 3.75 - 4.8 LPA

What would you do - Roles and responsibilities: -

Well versed in learning Operations (L&TD) Good written & oral Communication

Flexibility for any shifts (preferably Night Shifts)

Good Knowledge on MS Office

• Additional Job Details:

• Provides pre-session and post session support for premium/basic virtual Training Sessions. The host's focus is primarily assisting the faculty by helping guide and manage the delivery of the course. The host will require detailed knowledge of both the functional delivery of the course as well as to be able to troubleshoot technical issues they might experience with the help of the Tech Support resource. Conduct Dry run or Standalone for the Sessions. • Manage high complexity sessions • Send out the invites to the Faculty. Track the responses and alert Session Planner for any challenges • Review Session Requirement or Delivery guide • Resolve Faculty Queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained • Provide dedicated support in a proactive manner to assigned virtual sessions, being available for assistance throughout the duration of such sessions.
  

Shift: US Shift and Rotational off 5 days' work and 2 days off
