- We are a well-established leader in the IT services industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our company's strategic direction and growth.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both domestic and international sales, as well as a strong background in the IT services industry.

- This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.

- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth, both domestically and internationally.

- Oversee and lead sales operations, ensuring customer acquisition and market expansion.

- Marketing & Branding: Direct marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the market.

- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the company's presence and client base.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT services industry, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in driving revenue and expanding market share within the IT services sector.

- Experience in international sales is required, with a successful track record of entering and expanding in global markets.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and market expansion within IT services.

- Comprehensive understanding of the IT services industry and the technology landscape.

- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
