Skills (must have): Selenium, TestNG, Python, JavaScript, Rest Assured,

Junit, verbal and written communication skills in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard

tools and frameworks such as Selenium or similar and Web testing.

• Collaborating with software developers and quality assurance teams to identify

test scenarios and develop test cases that cover both functional and non-

functional requirements.

• Creating and executing automated test suites to validate the functionality,

performance, and security of our software products.

• Analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement in product quality,

test coverage, and test execution efficiency.

• Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily

stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our automated testing practices,

tools, and methodologies.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members on automation

best practices and techniques.

• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in automated testing

technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on

automation.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as

Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work

effectively in a team environment.

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards learning and professional

development.
