Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) - Domestic to lead the
development and expansion of our franchise and distributor models across India. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving business growth by creating and managing state-wise and city-wise franchise models,
appointing distributors, and ensuring seamless operations to boost sales. This role demands strategic planning,
excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on data-driven decision-making to establish Trident Lifeline as a leader in the
pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Franchise Model Development:
o Design and implement a franchise model across India, focusing on state-wise and city-wise expansion.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive franchise proposals and ensure smooth
onboarding.


2. Franchise and Distributor Network Expansion:
o Identify potential business partners to create a strong franchise network and appoint distributors in
targeted regions.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.


3. Sales Growth through Distributors:

o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through distributor channels.
o Regularly monitor distributor performance, provide guidance, and ensure achievement of sales
targets.


4. Order Collection for Generic Products:
o Facilitate and streamline the collection of orders for generic pharmaceutical products from
distributors and franchisees.
o Ensure the timely availability of generic pharmaceutical products by coordinating with franchisees and
distributors.
o Develop and execute strategies to generate demand for products through targeted promotions and
customer engagement.
o Monitor inventory levels and streamline the ordering process to maintain consistent supply across
regions.


5. Data Management and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of franchisees, distributors, and sales performance.
o Analyze market data and provide insights to improve business models and sales strategies.


6. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Conduct one-on-one meetings with state-wise and city-wise franchisees and distributors to strengthen
relationships and address their concerns.
o Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure alignment with company goals and policies.


7. All-India Business Model Creation:
o Establish and refine a comprehensive franchise and distributor model applicable across all regions of
India.
o Adapt the model based on regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements.


8. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all franchisees and distributors comply with the necessary legal and regulatory requirements
for pharmaceutical distribution.
o Maintain accurate records of agreements, licenses, and compliance certifications.


9. Conflict Resolution:
o Act as the primary point of contact for resolving disputes or operational issues between franchisees,
distributors, and the company.
o Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues and ensure smooth business operations.


10. Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
o Prepare and manage budgets for franchise and distributor operations to optimize resources and
achieve cost efficiency.
o Monitor financial performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.

11. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
o Generate detailed reports on sales performance, franchise growth, and distributor activities.
o Use insights from reports to recommend and implement improvements in strategies and operations.
o Your Directly reporting To Our Respected Managing Director.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


• Bachelors degree in B.Pharma & M.Pharma, B.sc & M.Sc. MBA In or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proven track record of creating and managing franchise and distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of the generic pharma market and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Advance Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Ability to travel extensively across India.
