- To Ensure Zero production loss due to breakdown of any machine & Assembly line and Improvement initiatives implementation along with Productivity improvements
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Pneumatics / Hydraulics and PLC.
- Knowledge on PFMEA and DFMEA , Control Plan
- Knowledge on TPS and should be expert in breakdown analysis (Deep analysis).
- Knowledge and hands on experience in SPMs and Robots.
- Preventive Maintenance scheduling and Execution of assy lines equipments
- Ensure closure of all Energy Audit/IATF/Customer audit/Energy audit/ Internal audit observations
- Result Oriented, Customer focus, Time/Resource management
