Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to join our team at the Tanishq store in Shivranjani, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly in jewellery, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The RSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store aesthetics, and ensuring that customers have a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Assist customers in selecting jewellery, answer product-related queries, and provide expert guidance on designs and customization.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the store’s success.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest jewellery collections, industry trends, and competitive products to offer customers informed advice.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive, high-quality experience for every customer from the moment they walk in until they leave, providing excellent post-sale service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is always clean, well-organized, and that jewellery is presented attractively.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, process customer orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and colleagues to achieve store goals and foster a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in the jewellery sector.
• Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication, customer service orientation, and a passion for the jewellery industry.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
