Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Analysis (For Technologist Role):
   
• Perform blood tests and other diagnostic procedures, such as blood smears, CBC (Complete Blood Count), and reticulocyte counts.
• Prepare and analyze blood samples, identifying abnormalities or diseases in the blood.
• Record results, report findings to physicians, and maintain accurate patient records.
  
2. Quality Control:
   
• Ensure laboratory tests are performed accurately and safely.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the laboratory or clinical settings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations related to blood handling and disposal.ole & responsibilities
