Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales efforts in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and developing effective sales strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies(IT/Pharma/Manufacturing/Retail/Banking/ Associations/PSUs/ State bodies, NGOs /Rehabs/FMCG/Logistics/Hotels .
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify prospective corporates for pre-employment & Health Check-up/Privilege and maintain excellent relationship with them.
• New lead generation and responding on leads within 24 hours.
• Keeping eye on competitors, providing market intelligence and service improvement suggestions to superiors.
• Resolution of client queries on time with meeting/letters. Timely invoice submission.
• Meeting & Exceeding personal monthly sales targets. Updating of MOU Renewals for key accounts.
• Providing timely MIS and data to management.
• Client Engagement activities (Camps/promotion/nutrition talk etc. inside the premises or within employees of key accounts) & new initiatives

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
