1. Study service history of the customer

2. Perform active reception as pre th check sheet

3. Record customer verbatim and perform priliminary diagnosis

4. Advise customer for suitable service products and required jobs to be done

5. To share the estimated cost and time and take approval

6. Keep on updating the vehicle status to customer during service

7. Follow up with the work shop for completion of job as per promised time.

8. Confirm readiness of the car after visual inspection and inform customer about delivery time.

9. Perform delivery process by clear explanation of invoice to customer and ensure the satisfaction through instant feedback.

10. Call customer after 3 days of delivery to know the post service feedback

11. You have the thorough knowledge of systems like edealer etc.

You should be a critical reviewer of work done as per the requirements of customer to meet customer expectations
