We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile individual with a blend of technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow. This role involves leading and delivering ServiceNow projects, engaging with clients during the sales cycle as a Sales Engineer, and taking ownership of technical leadership from discovery to implementation.
Experience :
Minimum of 10+ years in IT with a strong technology background.
Proven experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities and product offerings, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM, PPM, and App Engine.
Hands-on experience implementing at least one ServiceNow product offering.
ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus.
Skills :
Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong articulation and analytical reasoning skills.
Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
