Global Service Desk Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Zendesk.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise software applications.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.
