Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer who will also be working as a coordinator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. You will manage and oversee various digital channels and strategies, from social media campaigns to SEO and PPC advertising, ensuring brand consistency, improving brand awareness, and driving conversions, blogs, keyword based promotions, geo location based promotions, community based promotions, and video promotions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Online sales campaign activation through ecom platforms, etc.).
    • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging digital content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
    • Maintain content calendars and ensure regular, relevant, and targeted content is published across digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage the companys social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
    • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach.
  • SEO & SEM:
    • Implement SEO best practices to enhance the websites organic traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
    • Manage SEM efforts such as Google Ads and other PPC advertising campaigns.
    • Knowledge of AI tools.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Measure and report the performance of email marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Create and present monthly/quarterly reports on the performance of digital marketing activities.
    • Suggest and implement data-driven improvements based on analysis.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in the management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective.
  • Market & Competitor Research:
    • Keep up with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have done a digital marketing course.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role (2-4 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.
