Job Description

1. Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning

Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy tailored to the plywood and wooden door industry.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

Build and position the brand as a trusted and premium choice in the market.


2. Website & SEO Management

Manage and optimize the companys website for better user experience and conversions.

Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to rank higher on Google and attract organic traffic.

Regularly update website content, product catalogs, and blogs related to plywood, doors, and interior trends.


3. Social Media Marketing

Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Showcase product applications, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and industry trends through engaging posts, videos, and reels.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.

Role & responsibilities


4. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

Run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive leads and sales.

Optimize campaigns for better ROI (Return on Investment) by targeting the right audience (architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners).

Use retargeting ads to convert website visitors into customers.


5. Content Marketing & Blogging

Create high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics) on topics like:

Types of plywood & wooden doors

How to choose the right wooden door for homes

Plywood vs. MDF Which is better?

Write SEO-friendly blogs to attract organic traffic and establish authority in the industry.


6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Design and run email marketing campaigns for dealers, distributors, and B2C customers.

Send regular newsletters with product updates, discounts, and industry insights.

Use WhatsApp marketing to engage customers with quick responses, product catalogs, and offers.


7. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Implement lead generation techniques through landing pages, lead forms, and call-to-action strategies.

Track and nurture leads through CRM tools and convert them into paying customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.


8. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Partner with architects, interior designers, and home décor influencers to promote products.

Work with YouTubers and bloggers in the home improvement niche for reviews and brand awareness.

Set up an affiliate program to encourage referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.


9. Analytics & Reporting

Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track campaign performance.

Analyze data to improve marketing strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Generate monthly reports on key metrics like website traffic, lead conversion, and ad performance.


10. Customer Engagement & Online Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, and social media.

Address negative feedback and ensure excellent customer service online.

Build a strong brand reputation by sharing testimonials and case studies.
