Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our business needs and technical solutions.

This role involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the implementation of solutions that fulfil business needs and enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the SDLC process.
2. Translate customer business requirements into technical documents such as Project Proposals, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
3. Know wireframing and use wireframing tools like Balsamiq.
4. Create user stories and use cases.
5. Be familiar with project management tools like Jira.
6. Ensure timely delivery of the project.
7. Software testing to ensure solutions meet client needs.
8. Provide user manuals and software training to stakeholders.
9. Keep project documents complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
10. Effectively facilitate team and client meetings and hold regular status meetings with clients and project teams.
11. Possess excellent communication, aptitude, and analytical skills to provide technical consultancy and presentations to clients.
