Overview

TresVista is looking to hire a Vice President in its Data Intelligence Group team, who will be primarily responsible for managing clients as well as monitoring project execution both for the clients as well as internal teams. The Vice President would be working on AI/ML project efforts for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI developer having expertise in various LLM implementations who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions that will greatly enhance our products and services. The Vice President would be joining the current team of 40, which is a mix of Data Engineers, Data Visualization Experts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Front-end developers.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms

▪ Designing and Developing Architecture Platforms supporting Gen AI applications and features

▪ Designing and optimizing neural networks for generative tasks, including image synthesis, text generation, and audio generation

▪ Implementing LLM models for various AI applications.

▪ Conducting research and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI

▪ Preparing and cleaning datasets for training models

▪ Optimizing and refining AI/LLM models for improved performance and accuracy

▪ Testing and validating models to ensure their functionality and effectiveness

Prerequisites

▪ Proficient in at least one of the Programming languages (i.e., Python, Java) and frameworks

▪ Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and techniques

▪ In depth understanding of major LLMs which are provided by the leading AI firms

▪ Experience in creating ML models, working with Neutral Network, Deep Learning (CNN/RNN, BERT), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing

▪ Experience with AI algorithms such as decision trees, random forests, and KNN

▪ Working experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

▪ Strong analytical problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Stakeholder Management and client communication experience would be preferred
