Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets and using machine learning to build predictive models. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models, including data collection, data pre-processing, model training, validation, and evaluation.
2. Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and formulate comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the field of data science and machine learning.

Required Skills:

1. 6-8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field.
2. Proficient in SQL, Python, and Pyspark.
3. A strong understanding of data pre-processing techniques, including data cleaning, normalization, and transformation.
4. Experience in applying supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
5. Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
6. Extensive experience with forecasting algorithms and their applications in business scenarios.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A Masters degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven expertise in deploying machine learning models into production.
3. Experience in working with large-scale, real-world problems.
