Revenue Assurance lead

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is looking for an experienced Revenue Assurance Lead to oversee financial accuracy, compliance, and revenue optimization across our hotel properties. This role is responsible for identifying revenue discrepancies, preventing financial leakage, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving financial controls to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial auditing, and revenue management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of revenue-related processes, including pricing, invoicing, and billing across hotel operations.
• Conduct regular audits to validate financial reporting, identify discrepancies, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data to detect revenue leakage and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard revenue and prevent fraud or mismanagement.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to align revenue strategies and pricing models.
• Develop and present revenue reports and financial analysis to senior management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue assurance.
• Train internal teams on compliance requirements, accounting best practices, and revenue assurance strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality; Master’s preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in revenue management, finance, or auditing in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial auditing, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, reporting tools, and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• CPA, CRME, or similar finance/accounting certification preferred.
