Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead projects that utilize cutting-edge generative models, such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and transformer-based models (like GPT and BERT), to generate innovative solutions for our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development efforts to build and improve generative AI models that can generate text, images, audio, and other media formats.
• Design, experiment, and optimize large-scale generative models for a range of applications, such as content generation, personalization, anomaly detection, and data synthesis.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques to address business problems and create actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deploy AI solutions in production.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning research, and apply cutting-edge techniques to maintain the company's competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, sharing expertise on AI methodologies and best practices.
• Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring proper data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI development, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and deep familiarity with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with large-scale data manipulation, data pipelines, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in using and fine-tuning generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models.
• Experience with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment in production environments.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
