Role & responsibilities

1. Patient case manager's role starts with understanding the patient's case from the reports and from the opinion on treatment plan from senior consultant.
2. Counsel patients and resolve their queries
3. Keep track of patient pipeline and share status on conversion
4. Manage the patient cases - coordination with doctors and patients

Preferred candidate profile

1. Medical background prefferred - BDS and similar

2. MHA desired.

3. Interest in International medical services.

4. Looking for a fast paced growth in the digitally driven health-tech industry
