Reporting To - Lead - Treasury

Qualification: CA

CA fresher completed their articleship and their final exams

Job purpose & Scope - Execution of the overall treasury function of the organization, along with Investor Relations.

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Trade Finance:

• Letter of Credit issuance/amendments/acceptances/payments.
• Bank Guarantee issuance/amendments/acceptances/payments.
• Compliance of IDPMS.
• Foreign remittances for direct imports/services.
• Manage internal stakeholders and cater to business requirements.

2. Forex Management:

• Manage forex exposure through hedging
• Ensure statutory compliances, bank and RBI compliances

3. Banking:

• Ensure proper utilization of limits based on interest rates and pricing to ensure cost effectiveness
• Manage various bank facilities such as CMS / Centralized collection and payments/ Statutory Payments, etc.
• Cash Flow management.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• GST/TDS Reconciliation.
• Ensure accounting of all treasury transactions.
• Bank A/c management i.e. updation of KYC/Authorised Signatories, Opening/Closing of a/cs etc.
• Ensure adequate liquidity in the system. • Planning for optimum deployment of Surplus funds
