Chief Financial Officer - CA (15-25 yrs)

Job Purpose:

The CFO is responsible for driving the financial strategy, and fund management, shaping the financial direction of the company, ensuring its long-term financial success, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting:

- Supervise the day-to-day financial accounting operations.

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Preparation of financial MIS reports

- Provide leadership to accounting teams in various tasks.

- Ensure compliance with regulations

Fund Raising:

- Formulate, develop, and execute a clear fund-raising plan aligned with organizational goals.

- Identify and engage with potential lenders, investors, or partners

- Evaluate the effectiveness of different fund-raising channels

- Strategic Planning and Forecasting Models

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.

- Create forecasting models and assess investment risks.

- Performance Review, Budget Review and Profitability Estimates

- Review organizational performance against budgets and corporate strategy.

- Develop and finalize annual sales plans (AOP)

- Review and finalize the annual budget.

- Prepare monthly and periodic profitability estimates and results.

Business Strategy Formulation:

- Formulate business strategies in collaboration with department heads.

- Utilize finance tools for timely and accurate budget reporting.

Pricing Decisions and Tax Analysis:

- Analyze state-wise indirect taxes and ensure compliant application of policies.

- Actively engage in pricing decisions and benchmarking against competition.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks, assigning clear responsibilities.

- Proactively address risks/opportunities with cross-functional partners.

ERP implementation and management:

- Head the implementation and management of ERP system

- Accounts Payable and Receivable and Recoveries

- Responsible for accounts payables and receivables

- Ensure recoveries and take legal action where necessary

Liaison with Sales and Operations:

- Collaborate with sales and operations for cost cards, contract renewals, and outstanding.

- Internal Controls and Financial Procedures

- Drive implementation of financial company policies.

- Expense Monitoring and Control

- Monitor expenses and implement controls.

Audit Management:

- Ensure smooth audits and maintain regular interaction with auditors

Educational Qualifications And Experience:

- Proven experience working as a Head of Finance, Leadership role, or similar

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting model

- Proficiency in accounting software

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

- CA Qualification highly preferred
