Role & responsibilities
* Handle Inbound US International market air tickets queries & converting them into a sales call
* Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile
* Continuous Follow up with the customers
* Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
Preferred candidate profile
* Mandate - Previous Travel Sales Experience
* Mandate - Amadeus expertise/ knowledge
* Mandate - Excellent communication, interpersonal & selling skills
* Good Geographical knowledge.
* Active listening
* Customer-oriented approach
* Proven sales record
* Excellent contact centre phone etiquette
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices
* Identify customers queries & provide FCR
* Self Motivated & Self Reliant
