About the Role:

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team at Travelex. This role will be a key part of the Group FP&A team, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and external reporting to stakeholders, including the Travelex Board and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Group P&L and liquidity model, managing monthly actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare and present financial reports, board packs, and external reports with meaningful analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, supporting strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to financial system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• CA/MBA with 5+ years of FP&A experience in a reputed company.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, large datasets, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Oracle PBCS, HSGet Retrieve, and SmartView (preferred).
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
