Role & responsibilities
- Acquisition of new Retail and Corporate channel partners / clients
- Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects & pursue leads / proposals and on-board channel partners
- Maintain relationship with existing channel partners and initiate engagement activities
- Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports / Work Reports MIS to HOD
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Analysing training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Graduate, preferable MBA marketing
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in the travel industry
- 1-year supervisory experience will be preferred
- Knowledge of travel management processes
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Channel Partner
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A basic understanding of Geography
- Strong computer skills
