Assistant Manager ( Loss and Prevention / Revenue Assurance )

1. Theft and Fraud Prevention

• proactively monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and conduct routine security patrols.
• Identify and deter shoplifting, employee theft, and fraudulent activities.
• Implement security measures to minimize shrinkage and financial losses.
• Apprehend shoplifters and trespassers following legal and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and assist in criminal investigations.

2. Safety & Security Enforcement

• Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed across the premises.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify employee credentials.

3. Investigations & Reporting

• Investigate incidents related to theft, fraud, policy violations, and suspicious activities.
• Review security footage and gather evidence for internal reports.
• Interview witnesses, employees, and suspects when necessary.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely security reports for management

4.Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

5. Good communication and conflict resolution abilities.

6. Knowledge of security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.

7. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and act quickly in emergencies.

Qualification

MBA/Graduate

Proven experience in retail operations, with a minimum of [2] years in Retail

Preference - Male

Location- Cochin Airport, Hyderabad Airport and Bangalore Airport
