Corporate Travel Expert - Platinum Desk - Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage Domestic & International ticketing using CRS systems like Amadeus and Galileo.
• Efficiently handle international itineraries, destinations, corporate fares, and airline updates.
• Provide exceptional travel services to VIP/CIP/CEO/CFO/CXO clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Work in both Implant and Back Office setups as required.
• Stay updated with corporate ticketing policies, airline updates, and industry standards.
• Ensure smooth handling of complex travel requirements with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Educational Qualifications: Any graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism; IATA certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in corporate ticketing with expertise in Amadeus, GDS, and related systems.
• Prior experience in Travel Management Companies (TMC) is mandatory.
• Proven stability in professional roles with a track record of excellence in corporate ticketing.
• Ability to manage high-profile clients and deliver personalized solutions.
