Job Description
- Work on day-to-day Operational Tasks Quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet targeted time lines.
- Manage entire life cycle of events including, documentation, client meetings etc while the Clients are on tour.
- Maintain a close PR with all service providers.
- Manage operations/transactions in the companys designed software/system in a timely manner including giving booking to branch/associate offices, hotel guarantee, guide & transport services.
- Coordinate & follow up with:
- Respective foreign market manager/Leader[.
- Suppliers as and when required.
- Branches and/or service providers as required.
- Whenever necessary, negotiate for better rates with hotels for specific movements.
- Give bookings to hotels/airlines/train/Safaris.
- Raising Invoicing on time.[GA6]
- Collect payment of the tour files as per payment policy
