Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for strictly following the prescribed procedures (Class by Sita) & making the guest comfortable & their experience memorable.
• Responsible for welcoming, & assisting guests in arrival & departure transfer.
• Assist the guest at the time of check in & check out at the hotel.
• Brief the guest about complete tour itinerary (If required).
• Reconfirm the flight, hotel, vehicle & all other details before transfer.
• Entering data in the system and maintaining records, as required.
• Assist the client in all possible ways in consultation with the file handler and branch in-charge.
• Provide clients' feedback to the operation teams.
• Ensure to check the CSE App on regular basis and fulfil the duties accordingly and also ensure to wear specified uniform & well groomed while meeting the clients.
• Ensure to keep the stock of paging boards, badges & amenities and use them appropriately.
• Extend support to branch operations team as on when if required
• Update the Branch In-charge about Market Information & Competition activities…etc
• Keep all the client data/information confidential, unless is required to disclose to people concerned based on appropriate situations/requirements.
