Qualification required: Chartered Accounts (Only) with 2 years+ experience post qualification

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

• Ensuring that invoices of suppliers are processed and paid on timely basis with accuracy
• Follow up with vendors to settle advances
• Follow up with vendors for reimbursement of commission
• Complete monthly closing activities, including but not limited to following:
• Creditors Revaluation
• Preparing reports for provision amount in Xplor vs Balance provision amount in SAP and passing relevant entry in SAP
• Blocking vouchers older than 9 months
• Ensuring payment to MSME vendors is complete
• Ensuring that RCM related entries are completed timely
• Making basic checks to ensure that there are no duplicate invoices passed or any mistake is made in passing of invoice
• Hiring, training and motivating team members
• Ensuring that team members complete tasks assigned to them timely and accurately
• Implement improvement ideas to build efficiency in the system and implement controls to increase accuracy
• Collaborating closely with operations ,finance and suppliers

Job Specifications:

CA with at least 2+ years of experience, majority of which should be with Accounts Payable

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Strong leader with experience in project implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills
• Good MIS skills
