Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a minimum of X years in Java software development.
3. Proficient in Java programming language and related frameworks and libraries (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
5. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
7. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
9. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
11. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
