Fullstack Salesforce Developer- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities 

1. Salesforce Development 

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. 
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers. 
• Create and optimize Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience. 

2. Frontend Development 

• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). 
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for web and mobile platforms. 

3. Backend Development 

• Develop robust backend solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events. 
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems through APIs, middleware, and custom integrations. 
• Design scalable data models and manage Salesforce object relationships. 

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 
• Document technical specifications and user guides for solutions developed. 

5. Maintenance & Quality Assurance 

• Debug and resolve issues in existing solutions and integrations. 
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). 
• Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and coding standards. 

Required Qualifications 

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory). Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications are a plus. 

Technical Skills 

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configurations. 
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like SLDS. 
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs. 
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and data modeling. 
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado. 

Soft Skills 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
