Senior Data Engineer - Python (7-9 yrs)

Role : Senior Data Engineer.

Location : Pune, India (Hybrid).

Position : Fulltime.

- 7+ years of experience to join our team in developing a scalable data processing platform.

- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Python development and distributed database systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and scale data processing pipelines using Python.

- Manage and optimize MongoDB/DocumentDB databases for large-scale data storage.

- Develop and maintain ElasticSearch indices for efficient data retrieval.

- Monitor and optimize system performance.

- Implement data security and privacy measures.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience with Python development, ideally with high-throughput environments.

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB/DocumentDB.

- Experience with ElasticSearch implementation and optimization.

- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.

- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Proficiency with version control (Git).

- Experience with Docker/container management systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AWS services.

- Familiarity with image-building tools like Packer.

- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems.

- Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML protocols.

- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools.
