Designation: Sales Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Sales Manager in managing and guiding the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure smooth operational workflows and address any issues impacting team performance or sales activities.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, monitor team metrics, and track progress toward goals.
- Assist with lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, ensuring high-quality client interactions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and adapt them to market dynamics.
- Represent TranZact's values and uphold a high standard of customer service in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA graduates preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in team leadership or a supervisory role within a sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment.
- In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred.
