Compliance Officer Assistant Manager

JOB LOCATION - GIFT CITY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review regulatory/submission under SEZ/IFSC regulations at Gift City
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations/policies with businesses at GIFT City
• Ensure compliance with GST/TDS/Income tax regulations and framework.
• Develop and maintenance banking relationships with banking institutions
• Managing finance department operation and reporting to HO.
• Manage administrative responsibilities and other assigned tasks efficiently
• Provide data to HO team for regulatory filings and internal MIS
• Prepare daily cash flow, Banking, Fund Movement etc.
• Work independently to conclude assigned tasks logically.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Professional qualifications (CA/MBA/Inter CA) or Post graduate degree/diploma (minimum 2 years in duration) in finance law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actual science from a recognized Indian university/institution.
