Trainee Engineer/Engineer/Assistant Engineer - QA/QC

Job location: Silvassa

Ensuring Inspection and testing of fabrication in process & final inspection of material.

Ensuring welding operation in TRANSRAIL-Pole Division as per ISO 14731 / ISO 3834 Welding manual.

Co-ordination with HOD-QA & Plant Head for technical and administrative resource requirement

Monitoring process as per SMQP / Customer requirement

Conducting process qualification as per the requirement of EN-1090 / FPC Manual

Preparation of monthly MIS report,.

Conducting root cause analysis & corrective action and implementation.

Assisting HOD in customer inspection and audits

Carrying out wled inspection as per the requirement of SMQP & ISO 3834 Welding Manual

Assisting HOD in resolution of customer complaint.
